A quick and easy recipe for unbeatable crepes in an instant with a Fineti hazelnut spread filling!


For the crepes
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 ½ cups self-raising flour 
  • 1 cup milk Pinch of salt 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

For the filling
To serve
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh fruit 
  • 4 tbsp biscuit crumbs 
  • Icing sugar or whipped cream

For an aromatic batter, add a little cinnamon.



In bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the crepes until you have a smooth batter that is not too thick.


Put a tablespoon of batter into a buttered non-stick frying pan and quickly tilt the pan from side to side so the batter covers the base of the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat, then flip the crepe over to brown on the other side.


Put a crepe on a plate, spread a little Fineti spread on it, and fold it in half or into quarters. Arrange the fresh fruit on top and sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs. Dust with icing sugar or serve with whipped cream.
