Fluffy, delicious cupcakes with extra lashings of Fineti hazelnut spread. Enjoy them warm or cold.

Ingredients

You could also add 2 tbsp ground nuts to the cupcake mixture.

Method

Whisk together the eggs and the sugar in a mixer, on medium speed, until light and fluffy.

Melt the butter and the Fineti spread in a microwave and add to the mixture. Add the cream, then sift in the flour and cocoa. Whisk until smooth and even.

Divide the mixture into greased and floured cupcake molds.

Bake at 160ο C for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Decorate the cupcakes with the Fineti hazelnut spread, either with cocoa or with milk.
