A sweet variation of our beloved tiramisu that rocks… with Fineti hazelnut spread!

Ingredients

  • 16 savoiardi sponge fingers 
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee or 1 shot of espresso 
  • 4 tbsp coffee liqueur 
For the cream
To serve
  • Cocoa powder

Method

Mix together the coffee and the liqueur in a bowl. Dip the savoiardi sponge fingers into the liquid and use them to cover the bottom of a rectangular dish.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the Fineti spread and the whipped cream until smooth and even. Then spread the mixture on top of the savoiardi sponge fingers, ideally using a spoon, and level off.

Chill for at least 1 hour, until firm.

Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
